Life Legacy
Flora Molloy Peasco, 85, formerly of East Haven and formerly of the Tracy section of Wallingford, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at The Connecticut Hospice in Branford. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis X.J. Peasco.
She was born in Meriden, October 14, 1924, and had been employed by McDonald’s Corporation for many years until her retirement. She was an active member of the Yalesville United Methodist Church and an Avid UConn Girls Basketball fan.
She is survived by her sister, Helen (Mrs. William) Blassman of Meriden; her nephew, Dennis Blassman of Meriden; and her “adopted son”, Robert Avery of Meriden.
Friends may gather Saturday, July 24, at 11 a.m. for a funeral service in The Yalesville Funeral Home, 386 Main St. in the Yalesville section of Wallingford.
